McKinnon of The Grossman Companies, Inc. represents Braintree Executive Park LLC in 2,550 s/f lease renewal with CWC Software

In the past six months, eight companies have renewed their leases or signed new leases at 100 and 150 Grossman Dr. The mirror-image twin buildings are known as Braintree Executive Park (BEP). Most recently, CWC Software, a subscription fulfillment system and software development company and a long-time tenant, renewed its lease for 2,550 s/f at 150 Grossman Dr. Richard McKinnon, director of brokerage services for The Grossman Companies, Inc., represented both CWC and the landlord, Braintree Executive Park LLC, in lease negotiations. In the coming months the two buildings, consisting of 125,641 s/f, will undergo $1.5 million in renovations to reposition the property as a class A office park. Businesses at BEP that recently renewed leases and expanded include Rockland Trust Co. and the Building Trade Employers' Association of Boston and Eastern Massachusetts, Inc., and ICON Capital. Tenants signing new leases in the past year are the American Red Cross, Resource Nation, Forward Advantage, and Bank of America. Braintree Executive Park offers first-class amenities, proximity to downtown Boston and to the MBTA's Red Line and Commuter Rail, nearby meeting facilities, restaurants, shopping, and easy access to Cape Cod. The Grossman Companies, Inc., offers a full range of brokerage services, with a focus on sales and leasing of commercial property throughout New England.
