HyperActive Multimedia, Inc., a multimedia service provider, has leased 3,200 s/f at the landmark Willard Building at 1266 Furnace Brook Parkway.
Richard McKinnon, director of brokerage services for The Grossman Companies, Inc., represented the tenant and landlord.
Established in 1987, Hyperactive Multimedia produces multimedia presentations, animation, graphic design, video production, training and Internet services for clients such as Genzyme, Hewlett-Packard, Reebok, Fidelity Investments and Raytheon, to name a few.
