McKinnon of The Grossman Companies, Inc. arranges 4,800 s/f lease at Ten99 Hingham Street for Rockland Haverstraw LLC

California-based financial management and advisory firm NES Financial has leased 4,800 s/f for its regional office at Ten99 Hingham St., a 60,000 s/f first-class office building. Richard McKinnon, director of brokerage services for The Grossman Companies, Inc., of Quincy represented the landlord, Rockland Haverstraw LLC. Representing NES Financial were Jayson Rhuda, tenant representative and Chris Bargowski, a managing partner at Mohr Partners. Ten99 Hingham St. is also home to UBS Financial Services, Great American Insurance, and NTT Data. The 60,000 s/f Ten 99 building consists of first-class offices at an accessible suburban location with parking at the junction of Rtes. 3 and 228. During 2013, the landlord completed a full upgrade of common areas and restrooms. The property is managed by Grossman Cos. NES Financial counts among its clients many of the world's largest financial institutions and corporations who rely on NES to ensure the secure, transparent, and compliant management of funds. Grossman Cos. offers a full range of brokerage services, with a focus on sales and leasing of commercial property throughout New England.
