The Building Trade Employers' Association of Boston and Eastern Massachusetts, Inc. (BTEA) has renewed its lease for 3,097 s/f at 100 Grossman Dr. at Braintree Executive Park.
Richard McKinnon, director of brokerage services for The Grossman Companies, Inc. handled negotiations for the tenant and landlord, Braintree Executive Park LLC (BEP).
BTEA is the region's major voice for the union building trades contractor, encompassing seven different area trade associations that employ tradespeople from several different local building trades unions.
Among BEP's well-known tenants are Rockland Trust, Genworth Mortgage, Tremont Credit Union, Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates, Bank of America, Sentient Jet, Manpower International, and Walden Behavioral Care, among others.
