McFarland of Avison Young brokers lease renewal to J.P. Marvel Investment Advisors, Inc.

Avison Young has brokered the lease renewal at 265 Franklin St. to J. P. Marvel Investment Advisors, Inc. Avison Young principal Karyn McFarland represented the tenant, J.P. Marvel. Tom Ashe, senior vice president with Richards Barry Joyce and Partners, represented the landlord, 265Franklin Street Associates, LLC. Located in the Financial District of the city, 265 Franklin St. is a class A office tower that comprises 21 stories and a total of 350,569 s/f. The tenant will move from the seventh floor to the ninth floor in December and occupy 3,640 s/f. "Avison Young is thrilled to work with J. P. Marvel Investment Advisors to renew its lease with a space that will fit the company's needs. The Financial District of Boston is a great location for a financial services company to continue offering its services, and we couldn't be more pleased," said McFarland.
