McFarland and Twombly of Avison Young broker 3,309 s/f lease
Avison Young has brokered a 3,309 s/f lease at 4 Liberty Sq. Avison Young principal Karyn McFarland and vice president Matt Twombly represented the tenant, Columbia Laboratories, Inc. David Cooney, vice president at NAI Hunneman, represented the landlord, Liberty Square Holdings, LLC.
"We are pleased to have secured 4 Liberty Square for Columbia's new corporate headquarters.
