McEvoy of The Conrad Group sells 2 ind. bldgs. (62,200 s/f) for $1.925m

The Conrad Group recently negotiated the sale of 1140 Airport Rd. in the Fall River Industrial Park. The property, formerly occupied by Adams Media Corporation, consists of two industrial buildings totaling 62,200 s/f on 4.53 acres. James McEvoy, senior vice president of The Conrad Group, represented the seller, Adams Properties, LLC. Bernie Giroux of Giroux & Company represented the buyer, Richard Armstrong of Precise Packaging. The sale price was $1.925 million.
