James McEvoy, senior vice president of The Conrad Group, represented the seller, BD Sharp Street Limited Partnership. The buyer, 55-65 Sharp Street LLC, was represented by Dave Ellis of Ellis Realty Advisors. The sale price was $4.65 million.
