McEvoy and Conrad of The Conrad Group handle 19,120 s/f in leases
Hingham, MA The Conrad Group, Inc. consummated two leases totaling 19,120 s/f at 41 Sharp St. bringing occupancy to 100%. Noble Supply & Logistics leased 12,870 s/f and LDL Contracting leased 6,250 s/f.
James McEvoy and Robert Conrad of The Conrad Group, Inc. represented both parties in the two transactions.
The Conrad Group is a commercial real estate service company that has completed more than 2,000 commercial transactions since 1987.
