McCourt and Conrad of The Conrad Group complete 8,638 s/f in leases

Braintree, MA The Conrad Group, Inc. completed two new leases at 100 Grandview Rd. totaling 8,638 s/f. The addition of YC Wellness and Guyder Hurley, PC., brings the occupancy level of the building to 97%.

YC Wellness is relocating from Middleboro and is leasing 5,603 s/f, while Guyder Hurley, PC., is relocating from Quincy and is leasing 3,035 s/f.

100 Grandview Road - Braintree, MA

Owned by South 128 Associates, the 100,000 s/f office building overlooks Rte. 128 off Forbes Rd. Amenities include a café, conference center and a fitness center. The building has long been a class A option for South Shore tenants.

Paul McCourt, senior vice president with Conrad Group, said, “We’re happy to add these tenants to our roster. I’m sure that like all the other tenants, they will be glad to be at 100 Grandview long term.”

Assisting McCourt was Bob Conrad, president of Conrad Group, while Sean Kenneally of Key Realty represented Guyder Hurley.
