McCauley joins JLL as a senior vice president

Boston, MA Chris McCauley joined JLL as a senior vice president to strengthen the growth of JLL Healthcare Solutions’ approach to planning, delivering, and operating healthcare providers’ real estate. With two decades in the field, McCauley will leverage his expertise, focusing on managing national healthcare portfolios that enhance the experience of those involved – care teams and patients alike.? McCauley will also support asset types, including office, lab, clinical, and industrial.

“We are thrilled to welcome a highly respected and experienced healthcare real estate expert to the New England market,” said Matt Daniels, New England brokerage lead at JLL.

“Chris’ track record of success as a leader in the healthcare market and beyond, coupled with his expertise of the economic landscape and how it impacts real estate strategy and decision-making, will be critical in helping JLL advise clients in this evolving market and an invaluable addition to our team.”

McCauley has worked across a variety of industries with a concentration in Life Science, Healthcare and Technology. Throughout his career in commercial real estate, he has specialized in managing the international portfolios of large corporate users, analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, negotiating contracts, and managing transactions.

McCauley has specialized in healthcare and advisory work representing clients such as Merck & Co., Beth-Israel Lahey Health, Dana-Faber Cancer Institute, Harvard Medical School, Wuxi Biologics, and many more; and has also represented notable international clients, including Booking.com, Kayak, and Priceline.

McCauley is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a CoreNet Member, and is involved in youth support and development programs, including his role as a ride organizer for Pan-Mass Challenge Kids Rides.
