McCarthy and Gilkie of NAI Hunneman broker 18,394 s/f lease
NAI Hunneman recently brokered an 18,394 s/f of office and manufacturing lease to Terrafugia, Inc. at 23 Rainin Rd.
Mike McCarthy, assistant vice president, and David Gilkie, senior vice president of NAI Hunneman, represented the tenant, Terrafugia, a developer of the Transition Roadable Aircraft or Flying Car. Brad Spencer of Grubb & Ellis represented the landlord, Winchester-based Mack Investors, Inc.
