McCarthy and Boudrot of NAI Hunneman broker 7,047 s/f lease
NAI Hunneman's Suburban Leasing Group has brokered the lease of 7,047 s/f office space to Marine Polymer Technologies, Inc.
Marine Polymer, a medical device company, leased office space at 24 New England Executive Park. Michael McCarthy, assistant vice president and Jim Boudrot, senior vice president at NAI Hunneman represented the tenant.
Built in 1986, 24 New England Executive Park is a four-story, multi-tenant office building and has 294 surface parking spaces.
