Dolan and Glor of McCall & Almy represent Barton Associates in 54,672 s/f lease renewal

Peabody, MA According to McCall & Almy, Barton Associates, a leading, nationwide staffing agency serving physicians, PAs, NPs, CRNAs, and hospitals, practices, and companies, has renewed and expanded its 54,672 s/f lease at 300 Jubilee Dr. 

“Barton Associates is excited to renew and expand its lease at 300 Jubilee Dr. The larger office space will be instrumental as we continue our growth into 2020 and beyond. I look forward to maintaining our relationship with the City of Peabody and the local business community,” said Robert O’Hara, CFO of Barton Associates. 

John Dolan, senior vice president and Rob Glor, vice president of McCall & Almy represented Barton. Tim Brodigan, senior vice president and Greg Klemmer, executive vice president of Colliers International represented the landlord, Brookwood Financial Partners LLC. 

“Barton Associates’ corporate headquarters will remain and grow at 300 Jubilee Dr.,” said Dolan. “The generous parking, access to nearby amenities and efficient space allows for seamless expansion with no interruption to Barton’s business.”

Owned by Brookwood Financial Partners, 300 Jubilee Dr. is a 163,800 s/f office and warehouse building located in Centennial Park. 

Located off Rte. 128 and within a quarter mile from Rte. 1 and the I-95/Rte. 128 split, the building boasts such corporate neighbors as Analogic, Christian Books, Cardinal Health and a full-service Marriott Hotel.
