Maul joins Consigli to manage lean construction practices

Kimberley Maul has joined Consigli Construction Co., Inc. (Consigli) to manage the company's lean construction practices. A construction professional with more than ten years of experience, both hands-on in the field as a journeyman sheet metal worker and as an M/E/P engineer and a lean coordinator, Maul designs and executes continuous improvement plans to optimize quality and efficiency. "We are very excited to add Kimberley to the Consigli team. Her work in incorporating innovative Lean strategies will be implemented throughout the company," said Anthony Consigli, president of Consigli. Maul's background includes lean planning of significant healthcare projects, such as the 600,000 s/f MaineGeneral Medical Center in Augusta, Maine and several projects at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, N.C., where she taught lean principles to the entire team. Maul holds a Master of Integrated Design and Construction degree from Auburn University, Alabama and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management degree from Ferris State University, Michigan.
