Gerry Matthews, partner of Matthews Commercial Properties recently completed the sale of 969 West Main St. The 28,314 s/f building was the former Russell School which had been converted into this professional office building by Rick Merrell, a well known local architect who maintained an office at this address.
The building is located at the corner of West Main St. and Highland Ave. with highway access.
Matthews represented the seller, Russell Associates. The property was purchased for $855,000 by ICARUS II, LLC of Bethlehem, CT who was represented by Michael Guidicelli, Regions Commercial, LLC.
