Matthews Commercial Properties brokers 25,000 s/f lease to Velocity Print
Gerry Matthews and Ed Godin of Matthews Commercial Properties, leased 25,000 s/f at 199 Park Rd. Extension which is the 278,000 s/f former Timex World headquarters complex. The Timex property was purchased in 2005 by Midex, LLC, which is in the process of remodeling and repositioning the facility into a business park environment.
Regional commercial print provider, Velocity Print Communications, has recently completed moving its offices and printing operations to the Park Rd. Extension facility.
Jim Stiles, president of Velocity Print and Chuck Genck of Midex, LLC worked closely with the first selectman for Middlebury Edward St. John as well as Gerry Matthews and Ed Godin of Matthews Commercial in facilitating its move into the 25,000 s/f space.
Matthews Commercial Properties is the exclusive leasing agent for the 278,000 s/f Park Rd. Extension facility and is also exclusively marketing, for lease, the former 11,700 s/f Velocity Print headquarters located at 56 New Wood Rd., Watertown.
