Matthews Commercial brokers $977,000 sale of Broadcast Center
Gerry Matthews of Matthews Commercial Properties has completed the sale of Broadcast Center located at 101-115 South Main St. Most recently the building had been occupied by the Department of Public Works and the Department of Mental Health for the State of Connecticut.
The 22,900 s/f building consisting of office and retail space, owned by 101-115 South Main Partnership, was sold for $977,000 to Reda B. Properties, Inc. The new owner plans on occupying a portion of the building for its offices and will lease the balance.
Gerry Matthews represented the seller and Realty Executives Best Choice represented the buyer.
