Gerry Matthews of Matthews Commercial Properties has completed the sale of 819 & 891 Straits Tpke. Matthews was the sole broker involved in the sale of the property consisting of 2 parcels containing 8.9 acres and 6 buildings with both medical and retail tenants. The property sold for $1.3 million. The new owners, Pomeroy Enterprises LLC of Middlebury will be redeveloping the property. The property was formerly owned by Watts Southwest Corner LLC.
The Partners involved with Pomeroy Enterprises are no strangers to Middlebury. They are also involved in the ownership of Middlebury Edge, a 100,000 s/f medical facility as well as partial ownership in the former Timex World Headquarters on Park Road. Gerry Matthews has been retained by Pomeroy Enterprises as their exclusive broker for the future redevelopment.
