Matthews Commercial and CBRE broker $1.275 million sale of industrial facility

Ed Godin Jr., SIOR and Brian Godin of Matthews Commercial Properties represented the buyer and Matthew O'Hare and Timothy Fegan of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller, Jonathan Keller, in the sale of a 28,100 s/f industrial facility at 7 Great Hill Rd. The modern building is situated on 4.4 acres of land in the Naugatuck Industrial Park and sold for $1.275 million. The buyer, Northeastern Communications, is headquartered in Waterbury and will relocate its operations to accommodate its continued growth. Established in 1958 Northeastern Communications is one of the region's leading providers and servicers of communication systems for the commercial, public safety and industrial markets.
