Casle Corp., an Avon development company, has purchased 61 Pomeroy Ave., home of Holiday Cinemas, for $3.625 million. Casle Corp. plans to convert the 34,000 s/f theater into medical space and adding two smaller buildings to the eight-acre site. In all, the property would have nearly 70,000 s/f of office space when the renovations and construction are completed next year. "We are excited about it," David Sessions, president of Casle Corp., said of the project. "It's a great location." Gerry Matthews of Matthews Commercial Properties represented the seller, Pomeroy Enterprises LLC, and William Mogensen of Mogy & Associates LLC represented Casle Corp.
