Matthews and Godin of Matthews Commercial completes $1.65 million sale

Gerry Matthews and Brian Godin of Matthews Commercial Properties have completed the sale of 643 Farmington Ave. The property consists of two buildings. The larger building containing 85,000 s/f was formerly occupied by WalMart while the 2,470 s/f building was occupied by Bank of America. The property consists of nine acres. The property sold for $1.65 million. ECP New Britain LLC, the owner, was represented by Matthews and the buyer, AXELA Development Group LLC was represented by Godin. Matthews Commercial Properties has been retained by AXELA Development to lease the property.
