Mastroianni and McCaffery open new firm: Trilogy Law
Commercial real estate lawyer, Fran Mastroianni, and environmental and energy lawyer, Maura McCaffery, have established a new law practice, Trilogy Law LLC, with an office at 12 Marshall St.
Trilogy Law will provide sophisticated legal counsel to institutional and private clients nationally. The firm's practice base is commercial real estate and business law concentrating in complex acquisitions, dispositions, finance and restructuring, leasing, joint ventures, permitting and development, environmental due diligence, and conservation. The firm will work on real estate asset classes including office, retail, residential, multifamily, industrial, hospitality, brownfields and renewable energy.
Mastroianni was most recently assistant general counsel at Reit Management & Research and prior to that an attorney at the national law firms Goodwin Procter and Goulston & Storrs. McCaffery practiced for many years at the major law firm Bingham McCutchen and serves as a director at Boreal Renewable Energy Development.
Mastroianni said "The time was right to launch Trilogy Law. Having been in practice for 17 years but also having many years of business and development experience in the commercial real estate industry creates the 'unique value proposition' that clients of the firm will enjoy."
McCaffery said, "Trilogy Law offers partner-level service and experience consistent with the highest standards of the profession. Clients of Trilogy Law value the accessibility of the firm's attorneys and the creative approach they bring to solving difficult legal issues."
