Masiello promoted to senior director of human resources at BOND Brothers, Inc.

Boston, MA BOND Brothers, Inc., has promoted Alyssa Masiello to senior director of human resources. Since joining the company in 2023 as director, human resources business partner, Masiello has contributed to various talent management initiatives and advancements. Her broad industry experience, ability to curate strong relationships, and commitment to talent development have enhanced how the organization serves its employees.

Masiello will spearhead efforts to lead and develop a team of HR professionals and oversee talent acquisition, HR operations, HRIS, as well as talent management and development company-wide.

“Alyssa is a true connector and doer with an ability to bring people together and a passion for continuous optimization,” said Richard Small, CFO of BOND. “Her achievements to date are laying the foundation for further growth and advancement of our human resources team and how we service the organization.”

Prior to joining BOND, Masiello served as Senior Manager and Human Resources Business Partner at Moderna. Masiello holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management/Administration from the Sawyer Business School of Suffolk University. She currently resides in Hopkinton, MA, with her husband and twin daughters.
