Marrocco Partners breaks ground on Walden Woods at Stenbeck Place - to be marketed by Molisse Realty Group
Walden Woods at Stenbeck Place is a new luxury development of town homes located less than 1/3 mile to Scituate Harbor. Built by Marrocco Partners, LLC, the development will be exclusively marketed by Molisse Realty Group.
The ground breaking ceremony was held on September 19th, and the project officially "broke ground" when builder Paul Marrocco and family donned hard hats and grabbed their shovels to kick off the event.
Molisse Realty Group was represented by owner/broker Brian Molisse, Denise Rannou who is the list agent for the project, along with agent and staff members Erin Shannon, Bonnie Massa, Lenny Rowe, Janet Murray, Donna Gallagher, Ann-Marie Baker, Joan Connelly, and Trish Pierce.
The project was funded by Mechanics Cooperative Bank and representative Nancy Stokes was in attendance. Also part of the ceremony was special guest Bob Struzziero, the gentleman who has the first home reserved at Walden Woods.
