Marr of Keliher Real Estate negotiates 755 s/f lease for Sarni Dry Cleaning
Doug Marr of Keliher Real Estate has leased 755 s/f to Sarni Dry Cleaning. Sarni has over a dozen locations in the area. The new location, at 245 Newbury St. by the corner of Fairfield St., will be used as a seven-day drop off. By being next to DeLucas Market it will be convenient to shop then drop your dry cleaning. Marr represented the lessee and lessor.
