Marr of Keliher Real Estate, Inc. brokers $3.65 million apartment sale
Douglas Marr of Keliher Real Estate, Inc. has sold a 7-unit brick building in the Coolidge Corner section of the city. The property sold for $3.65 million ($521,428 per unit). The building is located at 3 Greenway Court.
The seller was Alkon Realty Trust and the buyer is C.G. 3GWAY LLC. The building has 7 parking spaces and 3 bedroom units.
Marr was the sole broker in this transaction.
