Marquez and Geenty of The Geenty Group broker 8,600 s/f warehouse lease
The Geenty Group, Realtors, completed the lease of an 8,600 s/f building with multiple truck docks and a drive-in truck door at 20 Knollwood Dr.
The tenant is American Marketing International, LLC. They will use the space as a warehouse for the distribution of finished goods. Victor McGrady is the president of the tenant company. The landlord is Yalesville Properties, LLC.
Juan Marquez and Kevin Geenty SIOR, both of The Geenty Group, were the sole agents in this transaction.
