The New England SIOR Board has planned a full fall schedule and a continuation of the successful Featured Landlord breakfast sessions for the Chapter SIORs. The breakfast meetings will be held at the Newton Marriott at 7:30 a.m.
The first session is planned with Boston Properties on Wednesday, September 19th at 7:30 a.m. Dave Provost will be the speaker for Boston Properties. Dacon Construction as agreed to speak on the build-to-suit market on Wednesday, October 17th with Chuck Reilly. Finally on Friday, November 2nd, The New Boston Fund will be the Featured Landlord. Both Jonathan Gilman and Jim Kelleher will bring the SIORs up to date on the recent events with the New Boston event. The three events are all breakfast meetings starting at 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. at the Newton Marriott. The breakfast meetings are limited to approximately 35 attendees offering a private review on visionary happenings in the Boston commercial arena to the Chapter SIOR members.
In the past, each featured landlord has highlighted development plans it has been involved with in the greater Boston area that may impact the commercial real estate market. In continuing these sessions, the New England SIOR has been exposed to a broader picture and closer insight to how the Boston area will be developed in the next 5-10 years. This overview is critical to being a premier commercial broker and offering insightful information to prospective tenants.
