Marcus & Millichap handles sale of All Town Storage in Granby

Granby, MA Marcus & Millichap completed the sale of All Town Storage, a 34,250 s/f self-storage facility, according to Grant Fitzgerald, regional manager of the firm’s Columbus office. The sale price was not disclosed.

Luke Dawley, Nathan Coe, Brett Hatcher, and Gabriel Coe, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller. Thomas Shihadeh, Massachusetts broker of record, assisted in closing this transaction.

Dawley, the lead agent, said, “We are very happy to be part of yet another self-storage closing in Massachusetts with an out-of-state buyer adding a great asset to their portfolio. All Town Storage was a seamless transaction and a win-win for all parties involved.”

All Town Storage is located about 25 minutes north of Springfield, Mass. The facility consists of 242 non-climate-controlled units totaling 34,250 net rentable s/f. The property is fully approved for an expansion of two more buildings totaling 7,600 s/f.
