Marcus & Millichap arranges three apartment building sales totaling $7.665 million

New Haven, CT Marcus & Millichap completed the sale of a 39-unit apartment property, according to J.D. Parker, regional manager of the firm’s New Haven office. The asset sold for $4 million.

Gary Witten and Victor Nolletti, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s New Haven office had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Valanzuolo Equities LLC. This team also procured the buyer, based in New York.

The opportunity consisted of three abutting properties located at 91-99 Howe St. within one block of the Yale University campus.  The apartment community was constructed in 1920 with a unit mix comprised of 32 studio apartments; one, one-bedroom unit; three, three-bedroom units; three, four-bedroom units; an onsite office, and a 29-space parking lot.

Marcus & Millichap also completed the sale of 142 South Main Apartments, a 19-unit apartment property located in Middletown for $1.265 million.

Gary Witten, Nolletti, and Steve Witten had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, AMDS Management LLC. This team also procured the buyer, based in Conn.

The South Main apartments are located at 142 South Main St.  The 19-unit apartment building was constructed in 1967 with a unit mix comprised of 19 one-bedroom units.

In another transaction, Marcus & Millichap completed the sale of Gillett Manor Apartments, a 43-unit apartment property located in Hartford for $2.4 million.

Gary Witten, Nolletti and Steve Witten had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Haveland Windsor LLC. This team also procured the buyer, based in N.Y.

Gillett Manor apartments is located at 50 Gillett Street in Hartford, CT and includes an abutting property located at 17 Marshall St.  The apartment community consists of two brick buildings on two separate land parcels. The buildings were constructed in 1965 with a unit mix comprised of 16 studio units, 18 one-bedroom units and 9 two-bedroom units.
