Marcus & Millichap arranges the sale of four buildings totaling $14.55 million

West Hartford, CT Marcus & Millichap, a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the U.S. and Canada, completed the sale of 1062 Blvd. and 41 West Beacon St., two multifamily assets boasting a combined 56-units, according to J.D. Parker, regional manager of the firm’s New Haven office. The assets sold for $5.1 million.

Eric Pentore of the Witten-Nolletti Group based in Marcus & Millichap’s New Haven office, as well as John Slyman of the Boston office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. Pentore procured the buyer.

1062 Blvd. consists of 29 units with 26 one-bedroom flats and three two-bedroom flats. 41 West Beacon St. contains 27 units, with 24 one-bedroom flats and 3 two-bedroom flats. 

“West Hartford continues to be a high demand location for value-add opportunities. The city’s culture, recreational attractions and close proximity to major area employment drivers make the city one of the hottest rental markets in the Northeast,” said Pentore.

In another transaction Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of Park Place West and  West Wynd, apartments totaling 106-units.  The assets sold for $9.45 million.

The Witten-Nolletti Group had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.  Victor Nolletti, Pentore, and Steve Witten were the sole advisors in this transaction.

Park Place West is located at 158 Newington. The property offers 63 units with a mix consisting of studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom flats. West Wynd is located at 51 Caya Ave. The property offers 49 units consisting of one bedroom and two-bedroom flats.
