Marazzo of Eastport R.E. Services oversees tenant improvements for Carlton

Wakefield, MA Debra Marazzo, portfolio manager for Eastport Real Estate Services, oversaw a recent tenant improvement project for Carlton National Resources, a national consulting firm focused on contract placement for senior level hardware and software engineers.

Carlton signed a five-year lease for 2,570 s/f in Audubon Commerce Center office park located at 107 Audubon Rd. As part of the new lease, the landlord provided improvements to their suite, which included the demolition of the entire space with new construction of a large conference room, private offices, new carpet, paint, and a break room/kitchen. Marazzo represented the owner, Audubon Commerce Center, LLC, in overseeing the construction project and was able to meet the target lease commencement date.

The tenant improvement work commenced on October 1, and was completed on November 1.

Marazzo worked closely with the subcontractors, to ensure quality work was performed according to scope in an efficient and timely manner. Debra states “We had a tight deadline from the date of lease signing to the lease commencement date, and thanks to our contractors we were able to turn over the space in the timeframe required.”
