Mancinone, Barbarisi of Marcus & Millichap broker $950,000 sale

Adam Mancinone and Blake Barbarisi of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services of New Haven were the sole brokers in the sale of Fieldstone Court, a six building 18-unit apartment complex. The property sold for $950,000. Fieldstone Court is located on the corner of Fieldstream Rd. and Greystone Rd. The property benefits from a long term HUD contract and consists of two, three and four bedroom townhouse style apartments. The property is located in the northern section of Waterbury. Marcus & Millichap represented both the buyers, Connecticut based investors, and the seller, a New York based investor, in the transaction.
