Adam Mancinone and Blake Barbarisi of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services of New Haven were the sole brokers in the sale of 197-199 East Main St. The property sold for $925,000.
The property, a 9,828 s/f mixed- use building, contains two street level retail suites, both catering to the local community, and 12 one-bedroom apartments spread over three floors. The property benefits from its corner location in downtown Waterbury. The property is next to the UCONN Waterbury campus, and is just seconds from I-84 and CT Rte. 8. The buyers and sellers, both represented by Marcus & Millichap, are Connecticut based investors.
