Maltz Auctions to auction 193,000 s/f Mill Complex in Norwich

Norwich, CT Maltz Auctions, a full-service auction company serving the New York Metropolitan region, will auction – in multiple offerings – the 193,000 s/f Mill Complex, formerly the home of Atlantic Packaging Group, LLC, located at 359-387 North Main St. on June 21.  The auction will begin at 11 a.m., with registration commencing at 10 a.m., on-location at the site.

There is unlimited potential for this property.”
