Macnamara and Grady of KS Ptrs. lease 51,803 s/f to Iron Mountain
According to KS Partners, one of Greater Boston's landlords, Iron Mountain has agreed to lease 51,803 s/f at 118 Turnpike Rd. with a 12 year term.
KS Partners was represented by Robert Walles and Bob McGuire of CB Richard Ellis, along with KS Partners' COO Robert Macnamara and VP of leasing, James Grady. Iron Mountain was represented by Alex Dauria of Jones Lang LaSalle.
118 Turnpike Rd. is an 81,194 s/f building on Rte. 9. Other key tenants include Network World, IT World.com and The Internal Revenue Service/GSA.
"KS Partners worked closely with CBRE and JLL to identify Iron Mountain's criteria and develop a good, long term office solution for them," said Macnamara.
