Macmillan and Son negotiates 31,500 s/f sale to My3Sons, LLC

My3Sons, LLC, a division of Newman Properties of Brookline, purchased a 31,500 s/f building on Main St. from 1645 Main Street Realty Trust. The deal also included an 11,717 s/f parking lot on Lyman St. The deal was brokered by Doug Macmillan of Macmillan and Son, Inc. The building includes ground floor retail space and offices on the four floors above which are leased to many well established community agencies. Mannie Greenspan of Affordable Property Management is leasing an office in the building and will provide on-site management. Newman Properties is seeking office buildings through the Boston area including west and south of the city.
