Mace and Grady of KeyPoint Partners handle 7,000 s/f lease to LocalWorks

Arlington, MA KeyPoint Partners (KPP) negotiated a lease with LocalWorks at 626 Massachusetts Ave. Vice presidents of leasing Don Mace and Rob Grady represented Cambridge Savings Bank in the transaction.

LocalWorks will occupy the entire 7,000 s/f space on the second floor of the building. 626 Mass. Ave. is located at the corner of Mass. Ave. and Pleasant St. The first floor contains a recently completed, Cambridge Savings Bank branch, with a drive-thru teller and ATM, and 2,825 s/f of available space. On-site parking is complemented by street and nearby public parking.

“LocalWorks is an excellent fit for this office space,” Mace said. “LocalWorks thrives in key suburban markets throughout the eastern U.S., and 626 Mass. Ave. is anticipated to be absorbed quickly.”

In more than 30 locations in seven states, LocalWorks provides workspace solutions for members seeking private, dedicated offices on a monthly basis.
