MacCormack joins Lyman Real Estate as licensed agent

Westbrook, CT According to Ron Lyman, CCIM, CEO of Lyman Real Estate, Steven MacCormack has joined the firm as a licensed agent. Lyman said, “Steve is also a licensed Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and his more than 20 year’s experience with commercial and residential properties adds terrific capabilities to our team.” 

MacCormack said, “I can provide Lyman clients with a professional appraiser’s opinion on a property’s highest and best use, as well as fact check market values and perform detailed appraisals to support the decision-making process.”

In addition to his appraisal experience, MacCormack has owned and managed more than 50 apartment units; developed a residential subdivision; started and managed a self-storage facility; and was a partner in several real estate investments.
