Lyman Real Estate sells 48,060 s/f industrial building for $5 million

South Windsor, CT Lyman Real Estate Brokerage & Development has negotiated the sale of the property at 220 Strong Rd., where Capitol Moving & Storage has been located since 1999, for $5 million. In addition to the property, Capitol Moving is selling its business. The buyer is another United Van Lines agent, Clancy Relocation & Logistics. Lyman agent Sam Lyman was the only agent involved in the deal, representing the property seller, CMS Ventures, LLC.

The 48,060 s/f industrial building sits on 15.45 acres, situated off Rte. 5. The location is near to the I-291 connector to the I-91 key trade corridor. Started 100 years ago, Clancy Relocation & Logistics has four other locations in Connecticut, as well as two in New York state.
