Lyman R.E. brokers 2,300 s/f lease with Arbella Insurance Grp.

Working in partnership with DTZ FHO Partners of Boston, Mass., Ron Lyman, CCIM and owner/broker of Lyman Real Estate, brokered a 2,300 s/f office lease on Ledgebrook Dr. with a five-year initial lease term with options to renew. This location will be the home of Bearingstar Insurance. They are a personal lines insurance agency and a member of the Arbella Insurance Group. Bearingstar focuses exclusively on automobile, homeowners and related personal lines protection. They currently have ten locations throughout Connecticut. Lyman represented both the lessee and lessor in this transacation. Lyman also brokered a 1,824 s/f lease at Ledgebrook Dr. to Windham Community Memorial Hospital, Inc. The transaction consists of a five-year initial lease term with an option to renew. The tenant, Windham Community Memorial Hospital, Inc., will locate its women's health services functions at this site. This will be a sattelite location for the hospital, with its main facility located on Mansfield Ave. in Willimantic. Lyman represented the lessee in this transacation.
