Lyman of Lyman Real Estate leases a 5,520 s/f building to two tenants

Plainfield, CT According to Ron Lyman, CCIM, CEO of Lyman Real Estate, the 5,520 s/f building at 731-735 Norwich Rd. is now fully leased. The structure has the 18-foot clear height required by the two new tenants: RSR Trucking Service, a licensed and bonded freight shipping and trucking company, and A&D Tree Service, family-owned and operated licensed arborists. Lyman acted as broker for owner Mark Doyle of KLD, LLC.

The fully leased building is one of four on the property, which are all being offered for sale at $1.2 million. The other structures are: a 2,252 s/f office/flex building, fully leased; a 3,932 s/f building with 14-foot clear height, available for lease; and a 7830 s/f retail building, available for lease.
