Lyman of Lyman Real Estate handles two leases and three land sales

1548 West Main Street - Willimantic, CT

Willimantic, CT Two retail locations have new tenants at 1548 West Main St., according to Ron Lyman, CCIM, CEO of Lyman Real Estate. Fine Fettle Dispensary (FFD) for medical marijuana leased 3,500 s/f and The Next Street driving school took a 1,350 s/f. The landlord is Michael Taylor of Windham RT 32 Associates, LLC. 

Lyman was the sole broker for the deal made with Brandon Dufour, general manager and co-founder of The Next Street. Lyman was co-broker with Lee Pollock, president of the Pollock Company, for the deal with FFD. 

Also, Lyman completed the sale of three abutting parcels of land in Montville. Lyman acted as agent for the seller, Steven Lombardi of Moosup. Yost Holdings, LLC, of Groton purchased the properties and was represented by Joanna Konicki of William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty. 

The largest 0.65 acre parcel is located at 2260 Rte. 32. It abuts a 0.40 acre parcel with frontage on 11 Gallivan Ln., and a 0.08 acre parcel behind it on Meadow Ln. At this time, the seller has not revealed plans for this C-1 commercial zoned land. It is situated 0.2 mile from Rte. 2A, one mile from Mohegan Sun and two miles from Rte. 12 in Preston.
