Low of L&P Commercial handles 50,000 s/f warehouse lease and 18,000 s/f building sale

Herzenberg Kitchen, One South End Bridge Circle - Agawam, MA

Palmer, MA William Low of L&P Commercial has leased 50,000 s/f of warehouse space at 21A Wilbraham St. to Sherwood Lumber. Low represented the landlord, Iberia Foods (a division of Brooklyn Bottling Company) and procured the tenant. 21A Wilbraham St. is a 140,000 s/f warehouse in the Maple Tree Industrial Park.

Low has also sold the Herzenberg Kitchen building at One South End Bridge Circle in Agawam, Mass. The property, an 18,000 s/f multi-tenant office and retail property, was built by Herzenberg in 1968. Kitchens by Herzenberg, a high end kitchen design company, will remain as a tenant. Low represented the seller, Herzenberg Realty.
