Bridgeport, CT Tom Long, senior vice president of the The Southpoint Group LLC concluded a long-term medical lease.   

AFC Urgent Care leased 3,725 s/f at 4200 Main St.  The lease term was for 10 years.

The Southpoint Group was the sole real estate agency involved in this transaction.
