East Boston, MA RISE, a local Boston-based minority-owned construction and development firm, has completed their new boutique residential condominium community located at 238 Webster St.

The new property offers six units, each custom designed with luxury appliances and high-end finishes. RISE’s own Lisa Christopher designed the layouts and interiors of each unit.

The homes each offer open concept living and kitchen areas, some with private balconies, a coveted private parking space for each unit, and views of the Boston skyline for true urban living.

Webster St. is a desirable location in the city’s Jeffries Point neighborhood. The property is a short walk to Piers Park, Down East, the Tall Ship, The Quiet Few, and Brophy Park.

Being a multi-faceted, real estate company, this process proactively brings people together, giving everyone a seat at the table, and working as one toward a common cause: a thriving, diverse, and healthy neighborhood. RISE continues to expand the reach past the traditional development and construction models ensuring that substantive growth opportunities are maximized, creating a sustainable future for our city and region.
