Litchfield of O’Brien Commercial Properties co-brokers 3,246 s/f lease at 33 Boston Post Rd. with Colliers

Marlborough, MA O’Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. (OCP) has co-brokered the lease of office space at 33 Boston Post Rd. OCP senior advisor Alan Litchfield represented the tenant, SiFive, the founder and leader of RISC-V computing.

The 3,246 s/f lease at 33 Boston Post Rd. was co-brokered with Colliers, which represented the lessor, KS Partners. This lease represents SiFive’s first office location in Massachusetts.

“It was a pleasure working with SiFive to identify the best space for their first office location in Massachusetts,” said Litchfield. “Marlborough continues to serve as an excellent point of entry to the MA tech corridor.”
