Litchfield of Concord Commercial Real Estate brokers $600,000 sale of Hillcrest Campground

Brenda Litchfield of Concord Commercial Real Estate recently represented both the seller, Estate of Robert Cavacco, and the buyer, Manna Business Enterprises, LLC, in the sale of the Hillcrest Campground and the adjoining 26 acres of. The campground is located at 78 Dover Rd. The new owners, who own another campground, plan on continuing the business. The additional land has all approvals in place for a self storage facility. The two properties sold for a total of $600,000. In addition Litchfield brokered both sides of a land sale located at 272 Sheep Davis Rd., across from the Steeplegate Mall in Concord, NH. The .6 acre was purchased by ABL - Sheep Davis Rd, LLC from James Pickering for $70,000.
