Litchfield Development Partners celebrates opening of 19,097 s/f Tractor Supply store

Litchfield, CT Litchfield Development Partners, LLC and Tractor Supply Co. (TSC) celebrated the opening of the new store at 626R Torrington Rd. (Rte.  202). The location has been developed by Litchfield Development Patners, LLC a partnership of New England Retail Properties, Inc. headed by Matt Halprin, and Mack V Development headed by Mark D’ Addabbo.

The store consists of 19,097 s/f of retail space, 20,000 s/f of outdoor storage, sales space and a garden center.

Financing was handled by Matt Krokov of Peoples Bank; the architect is Glen Oxford of Oxford Architecture; civil engineering was handled by Jim Cassidy of Hallisey, Pearson and Cassidy Engineering; WR Newman built the store; and Tom Moriarty of Moriarty, Paetzold & Sherwood was legal counsel.

Affiliated  entities and partnerships of New England Retail Properties have  represented, as brokers and developers, many of the Tractor Supply Company stores throughout New England and Eastern New York over the past 18 years.
